Whether you are starting out as a facilitator or have been hosting conversations for years, this 11 module course uses brief, concise videos and printable resources to share tools, questions, and strategies for holding space amidst difficult dialogues. By centering imagination and leaning into intentional collaborative practice, this course will equip facilitators and leaders with tools to design and shape process, as well as move through difficult moments when they arise.
